All Marchers will be required to sign up for (2) two and a half hour shifts during the weekend.
Students will be selecting two mandatory 2.5 - hour shifts during rehearsals August 10-12, so please ensure they know their availability for Tag Days. During their shift, students will be playing instruments and performing color guard routines outside of local businesses, requesting monetary donations from business patrons in support of FHSMB.
We have some new Tag Day sponsors this year, including PieSci Pizza, Treat Dreams, Dessert Oasis, Pop's for Italian, Louisa's Street Food, and Olive's Bloombox. This is in addition to our previous sponsors: Scheer's Ace Hardware, Holiday Market, Western Market, Ferndale Foods, 7-Eleven, Apple Fritter, Treat Dreams, Biggby, and New York Bagel. We need parent volunteers to make this program a success! Click HERE for the SignUp Genius to volunteer to help with the event. Shifts are scheduled for 2.5 hours at a time. Remember, parent volunteers are foundational to the success of our band, and it is an expectation that all parents volunteer in some capacity during the season.
