Location: Meet at High School Band Room Door #25

Thursday, Aug 6, 2026

8:00am- Call time, Leave at 8:15am

2:15pm- Arrive at Lucas Oil Stadium- the stadium has a clear bag policy: gallon-sized clear bags at the largest are required; you can bring small non-clear clutches in (4.5”x6.5” at most)

5:33pm- Intermission- best time to get dinner

6:32pm- Top 16 performance block begins

11:15pm- Show concludes; leave for hotel

Friday, Aug 7, 2026

12:15am- Check into Spring Hills Suites Indianapolis Fishers- 9698 Hague Road

7:30am- Wake up call- breakfast in lobby

9:00am- Load and depart

3:00pm- Arrive back at FHS band room

‍Information: Pack light for overnight, bring enough money for two fast-food lunches on the road AND food at the stadium, plus potential souvenirs. Remember to bring chargers for your phones and your phones so you can get into the venue with your ticket and communicate.
